2. Object of the contest:
The winner of the raffle will be given a thermal getaway at the Balneario de Lugo-Termas Romanas, which includes:
- 1 nightfortwopeople with accommodation, breakfast and access to a thermal circuit.
3. Requirements and conditions to participate:
Only one entry per user / Facebook profile is allowed.
All individuals over 18 years of age who have a real user profile on Facebook can participate and meet the following requirements:

- Give “like” to the publication of the contest.
- Comment and mention in the publication the person with whom you would share the stay.
Balneario y Termas de Lugo reserves the right to cancel any participation that could be considered fraudulent, invalid or abusive in order to preserve the proper functioning of the draw and safeguard the good faith of the rest of the participants.
4. Duration and scope
The activity will be developed in Spain.
The start date of participation in the contest will be March 22, 2019 and will end on April 21, 2019 at 23: 59h.
The winner will be chosen during the days following the end of the contest.
5. Choice, communication and delivery
The winner will be chosen by random and impartial means among all those participants who meet the required requirements.
If it is found that the winner does not meet any of the conditions required in these raffle bases will proceed to a new draw.

6. Conditions of enjoyment of the prize
The prize can be enjoyed until November 30, 2019, upon reservation, and whenever there is availability on the dates chosen by the awarded person.
Spa treatments or services will be performed unless medical contraindication.
The prize is personal and non-transferable, and will not be exchanged, in any case, for money.

The participation in the Contest supposes the cession and express authorization of all the rights of intellectual property and of image on the participations, so that the participantgives to Balneario and Termas de Lugo SL, the exploitation rights of intellectual, industrial and / oror of imagethat may correspond or derive from the participations sent to participate in the Contest.
The data provided by the participants will be treated confidentially and compiled into a personal data data file, being Balneario y Termas de Lugo SL, owner and responsible for said file.

The simple participation in the contest implies the full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Any manifestation in the sense of not accepting all or part of the same will imply the exclusion of the participant.
Balneario y Termas de Lugo reserves the right to exclude from the participation in the draw all those participants that it considers that they are not complying with any condition included in these bases.
