INTERNAL RULES IN THE BALNEARIO DE LUGO HOTEL

  1. Check-in is from 2.00 pm and check out before 12.00. of not being like that the establishment reserves the right to receive one more stay

The establishment reserves the right to cancel the reservation in case the information provided is false

  1. People who make use of the spa facilities will have preference when making the booking
  2. Any person older than 16 years will have to register before staying at the hotel as the current legislation stipulates
  3. Children under 18 years of age (minors) cannot stay alone
  4. In this establishment the following credit cards accepted only:

VISA, MASTERCARD,4B, Euro6000 and MASTER (No American Express)

  1. Payment in cash is allowed exclusively in EUROS
  2. The establishment reserves the right to request a percentage of the total reservation as a signal at the time of check-in
  3. Theatments are paid in advance. In case of suspension of the treatment, only the return of the same will be presented by presenting the original invoice and order of suspension of the treatment by the Medical Director of Balneario de Lugo due to medical contraindication. In case of needing a cot, it must be requested at the time of booking. The cot will be provided (under availability) to children up to 3 years old

  • We only have a day menu (no carte )
  • Under 10 years old, same menu, with 50 % discount
  • Sharing of menu is not allowed
  1. No food, meals or drinks can be removed from the hotel dining room or from the breakfast buffet service
  2. The cleaning hours of the rooms is from 8:00 a.m at 2:00 p.m.
  3. Smoking is prohibited throughout the establishment, including the exterior of the same, In case of violation of this rule, the establishment reserves the right to cancel your reservation as well as taking the measures it deems appropriate to compensate for the damage caused (costs of hiring a specialized cleaning company, cost of the room during the period that cannot be used or other management cost)
  4. It not allowed to hang clothes on the from of the hotel
  5. Pets are not allowed
  6. It is not allowed to take newspaper to the rooms or access them to the cafeteria during breakfast time
  7. Customers who for different reasons alter the normal coexistence of the establishment, will not be able to enjoy any of its facilities, services or dependencies.
  8. Any damage or loss caused by the guest to the property and properties owned by the establishment shall be paid in accordance with the value set by the Direction
  9. The establishment is not responsible for money or personal items left by customers in the rooms or different facilities such as parking
  10. The establishment is not responsible for any damages that may be caused by third parties to the vehicles.
